Originally, when Master Chang San Feng created tai Chi, those two movement Arts belong together and were practiced always in combination.

Tai Chi Kung is a traditional taoist movement art, practiced for health, long life, Meditation and Martial Art. It is also a Path of search for beauty and wisdom. What is special in this practice is, that it enables simultaneous development of all above mentioned aspects. It is an art of movement leading to improvement of quality of life. The creator of Tai Chi and founder of our school was Chang San Feng, Taoist Monk living 800 years ago. It is from his name that the name of our practice style "San Feng" derives.

Tai Chi Kung is a meditation in motion, a practice of long life cultivation and ancient taoist alchemy. It brings internal peacefullness and ability to cope with difficult life situations. It is also a martial art.

Part of the teaching is also a sitting practice of Golden Chain Meditation, On Zon Su feet masage, excercices of "asking and answering hands"(Man Tap Sao) with a partner and many more ancient practises related to Tai Chi Kung.
Tai Chi Kung (Tai Ki Kung) is a path of self understanding, self-fulfillment and better cooperation with others. It is practiced by people of different age, different proffesions. What unites us is health consiousness, personal development, self-awareness and attentiveness to others.
